1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and lucky5 ("lucky5," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the lucky5 online casino and sports betting platform accessible at lucky5.pro, including all associated subdomains, mobile applications, software, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

lucky5 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be under the age of 21, their account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be voided, and any deposited funds may be returned at lucky5's discretion after identity verification is completed.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of the lucky5 Platform, including placing wagers and processing withdrawals, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account management:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one registered account with lucky5. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances.

• Account updates: You must promptly notify lucky5 of any changes to your registered information by contacting customer support.

lucky5 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

lucky5 supports a range of Pakistani payment methods including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK. All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms apply to all financial transactions:

• Minimum deposit: Minimum deposit amounts are set by lucky5 and may vary by payment method. Current minimums are displayed in the Cashier section of your account.
• Deposit processing: Deposits are generally credited to your lucky5 wallet immediately or within a short processing window depending on the payment method used. lucky5 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

lucky5 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered account holders only. lucky5 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and hold no cash value until wagering requirements are satisfied.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the lucky5 Platform — including live casino titles, slot games, cricket and sports betting markets, Dragon Tiger, and baseball betting — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. The following general gameplay conditions apply platform-wide:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer operations sourced from regulated gaming providers. lucky5 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error that affects a game outcome, lucky5 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account balance.
• Bets placed and confirmed are final. lucky5 does not accept requests to cancel confirmed wagers except in circumstances of verifiable technical error.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change prior to the commencement of an event. Odds applicable at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds that will apply to the settlement of that bet.

Disputes regarding game outcomes must be submitted to lucky5 customer support within 30 days of the disputed transaction. Disputes submitted after this period may not be considered.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lucky5 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Registering or operating more than one account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to manipulate or exploit game mechanics, RNG systems, or promotional structures.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the lucky5 Platform — including but not limited to the lucky5 name, logo, trademarks, trade dress, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and all other proprietary materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of lucky5 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of lucky5.

11 Responsible Gaming

• Session time limits: Configure maximum session durations and receive alerts when your limit is approaching.

12 Account Termination

• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request.
